Ingredients:

  • Cured Meats:
    • 4 oz Prosciutto, thinly sliced
    • 4 oz Salami, sliced
    • 4 oz Mortadella, sliced

    • 4 oz Fresh Mozzarella, sliced or in small balls (bocconcini)
    • 4 oz Provolone, sliced
    • 4 oz Asiago, cubed
  • Vegetables:
    • 1 cup Marinated Artichoke Hearts, drained
    • 1 cup Roasted Red Peppers, sliced
    • 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes, halved
    • 1 cup Cucumber, sliced
    • 1 cup Marinated Mushrooms
  • Olives & Pickles:
    • 1 cup Mixed Olives (green, black, kalamata)
    • 1 cup Pickled Vegetables (giardiniera)
  • Bread & Crackers:
    • 1 French Baguette, sliced
    • Assorted Crackers
  • Garnishes:
    • Fresh Basil Leaves
    • Fresh Rosemary Sprigs
    • Extra Virgin Olive Oil, for drizzling
    • Balsamic Glaze, for drizzling (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Arrange the Meats: On a large serving platter, arrange the prosciutto, salami, and mortadella in small, neat piles or fanned out in a decorative pattern.
  2. Add the Cheeses: Place the mozzarella, provolone, and asiago in different sections of the platter, either in slices, cubes, or small piles.
  3. Include the Vegetables: Fill in the spaces with the marinated artichokes, roasted red peppers, cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, and marinated mushrooms.
  4. Olives & Pickles: Add the mixed olives and pickled vegetables around the platter, offering variety and color.
  5. Bread & Crackers: Arrange slices of French baguette and assorted crackers around the edges of the platter or in a separate basket nearby.
  6. Garnish: Garnish the platter with fresh basil leaves and rosemary sprigs for a pop of color and added aroma.
