  • 1/2 cup Kalamata olives, pitted and sliced
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • Fresh parsley or dill for garnish

Instructions

  1. Marinate the Chicken:
    • In a bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, oregano, thyme, paprika, salt, and pepper.
    • Add the chicken breasts to the marinade, ensuring they are fully coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or up to 4 hours for more flavor.
