  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped for garnish
  • Lime wedges, for serving

Instructions:

  1. Sear the Meat:
    • In a large pot or Dutch oven, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.
    • Add the pork or chicken pieces, season with salt and pepper, and sear on all sides until browned. Remove the meat from the pot and set aside.
