  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Meatballs:
    • In a large bowl, combine ground beef or pork, breadcrumbs, milk, egg, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and onion powder. Mix until well combined.
    • Shape the mixture into 1-inch meatballs and place them on a baking sheet.
    • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and bake the meatballs for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through.
  2. Make the Pineapple Sauce:
