  • 6 slices of cheddar cheese, halved

  • 1 large onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise (optional)
  • Pickles (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare the Onions: In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the sliced onions and cook, stirring occasionally, until caramelized (about 10-15 minutes). Remove from heat and set aside.
  3. Season the Beef: In a bowl, mix the ground beef with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Divide into 12 equal portions and shape into small patties.
  4. Cook the Patties: In the same skillet, cook the beef patties over medium-high heat for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until cooked through.
  5. Assemble the Sliders: Place the bottom halves of the slider buns on a baking sheet. Place one beef patty on each bun, followed by a slice of cheddar cheese. Add caramelized onions on top of the cheese.
  6. Top with Bun: Place the top halves of the slider buns on each stack. In a small bowl, mix melted butter with Worcestershire sauce. Brush the tops of the buns with the butter mixture.
