Instructions:

  1. Preheat the Oven:
    • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Cook the Beef:
    • In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook the ground beef until browned, breaking it up with a spoon as it cooks. Drain any excess fat.
  3. Add Aromatics and Seasonings:
    • Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet. Sauté for 3-4 minutes until the onion is softened and fragrant.
