Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a large baking dish.
  2. Cook the pasta: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the manicotti according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  3. Prepare the filling: In a large bowl, combine the ricotta, 1/2 cup mozzarella, Parmesan cheese, spinach, beaten egg, garlic, nutmeg, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
