Ingredients

  • 2 cups mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup chopped walnuts or almonds

  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Melt the chocolate: In a medium saucepan, combine the chocolate chips, butter, and peanut butter (if using) over low heat. Stir constantly until the mixture is smooth and fully melted. Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract and salt.

  5. Cut and serve: Once set, lift the bars out of the pan using the parchment paper and cut them into squares.
