Each slice is packed with a sweet banana flavor, complemented by the cinnamon swirl, offering a perfect balance of softness and crunch. This banana bread is an easy-to-make, crowd-pleasing treat that will fill your kitchen with the irresistible aroma of baked bananas and cinnamon.

Ingredients:

For the banana bread:
  • 3 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
For the cinnamon swirl and topping:
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons butter, cold and cubed (for topping)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9×5-inch loaf pan or line it with parchment paper.
  2. Prepare the banana bread batter: In a large bowl, mix the mashed bananas and melted butter until well combined. Stir in the sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the banana mixture, stirring until just combined.
  3. Make the cinnamon swirl: In a small bowl, mix together the 1/4 cup sugar and 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon.
  4. Layer the batter and cinnamon swirl: Pour half of the banana bread batter into the prepared loaf pan. Sprinkle half of the cinnamon-sugar mixture evenly over the batter. Add the remaining batter on top, then sprinkle the remaining cinnamon-sugar mixture on top of the loaf. For extra crunch, dot the top with the cold, cubed butter.
  5. Bake: Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. If the top begins to brown too quickly, cover the bread loosely with aluminum foil for the last 10-15 minutes of baking.
  6. Cool and serve: Allow the banana bread to cool in the pan for 10-15 minutes, then transfer it to a wire rack to cool completely before slicing.

Cinnamon Crunch Swirled Banana Bread is soft, sweet, and bursting with banana flavor, while the cinnamon swirl adds a deliciously crunchy, sugary texture that makes every bite irresistible. Perfect for sharing—or keeping all to yourself!
