  • 1 tbsp molasses (optional)
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tsp Dijon mustard

  • 1/2 tsp ground cumin
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper (optional for heat)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 cup water or vegetable broth

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Sauté the onion and garlic: In a large oven-safe skillet or Dutch oven, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced onion and sauté for 4-5 minutes until softened. Add the minced garlic and cook for another minute until fragrant.
