Ingredients:

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the Oven:
    • Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Sauté the Vegetables:
    • In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the onion, carrot, and garlic, and sauté for 5-7 minutes, or until the vegetables are soft. Set aside to cool.
  3. Prepare the Meatloaf Mixture:
    • In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, ground pork, panko breadcrumbs, red pepper flakes, salt, black pepper, Worcestershire sauce, dried thyme, and the cooled vegetable mixture. Add the beaten egg and mix everything together gently, being careful not to overwork the meat.
