Ingredients:

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
  2. Cook the potatoes: Place the baby potatoes in a large pot and cover them with cold water. Add a generous pinch of salt and bring to a boil. Cook until the potatoes are fork-tender, about 15-20 minutes. Drain the potatoes and let them cool slightly.
