LEMONY CHICKEN WITH BROCCOLI

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the chicken: Season the chicken breasts with salt and black pepper. Lightly dredge each piece in flour, shaking off any excess.
  2. Sauté the chicken: In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the chicken breasts and cook for 5-7 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
  3. Make the lemon sauce: In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.   4. Finish the sauce: Stir in the butter, allowing it to melt into the sauce. Return the chicken to the skillet, spooning the lemon sauce over the top. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until the chicken is heated through and coated with the sauce.
