  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the White Sauce: In a medium saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Stir in the flour and cook for 1-2 minutes, whisking constantly, until it forms a smooth paste. Slowly add the milk, whisking until the sauce thickens, about 5-7 minutes. Season with salt, pepper, dried basil, and oregano. Remove from heat and set aside.
